These Terms & Conditions apply to all registered and unregistered users in Bangladesh. covers reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

When registering on the covers platform, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Registering with false information or using another person's identity may result in permanent account closure and action taken under applicable law.
All members are expected to act responsibly while using the covers platform. Any service on the platform — Sports Betting, gaming, Voucher, or other entertainment — must be used for personal and lawful purposes only. Using the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited: attempting to breach the platform's security systems, using algorithms or software to gain an unfair advantage, operating multiple accounts, and using the platform for money laundering or fraudulent purposes. In such cases, the account will be immediately suspended and any winnings may be forfeited.
Members are expected to treat other users on the platform with respect. Threats, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in account termination.
All financial transactions on the covers platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through approved payment methods, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions via unauthorised methods may result in account suspension.

The covers platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. covers is not directly liable for losses arising from technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party causes. That said, we always strive to keep the platform running without interruption.
All content on the covers platform — including logos, designs, software, games, content, and databases — is protected under covers' intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any part of this content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of the covers trademark or brand name may result in legal action.
The covers platform may, in certain cases, integrate third-party services or software. Such third parties are governed by their own terms and conditions and privacy policies, and covers bears no separate liability in those instances.
If an account is suspended or closed, the member will be notified by email. In the case of a suspension, the member may appeal and attempt to recover their account by providing the required information. Any valid balance in a permanently closed account will be returned in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute, resolution will first be sought through mutual discussion.
